I had a project that had a large scope of work due to a great number of unpermitted additions made by the previous owner. After a year of trying to tackle them on myself and not having much progress, I called Zenith Builder and couldn't be happier. Zuriel and his team quickly finished all of the work and made it as easy as possible for me. They dealt with all of the Building & Safety Department permitting, communication with my electric utility for a panel upgrade, and gave me timely updates on the project progress. The quality of work was very high. Any issues that came up, would be quickly addressed. Project was clearly explained and laid out in organized documents. Their customer service is easily the best I've ever experienced with a contractor. Very responsive and communicative. I will for sure be calling them for any future projects. Highly recommended!

After working with a lot of OTHER contractors that took way more time than they estimated, and were often unreachable or unresponsive, was so refreshing to work with Zenith Builder. They have the most organized and efficient team. When they say something will get done it gets done with a really high level of craftsmanship. They are honest and open about pricing and have a detailed, itemized invoicing system, which was also a nice contrast from the disorganized contractors and projects I've worked with in the past. Would highly recommend Zuriel, Vincent and their team.

As someone who grew up in homes remodeled by a Dad who was a General Contractor and talented Carpenter, it was critically important for me to choose the right General Contractor for the remodel of home. We interviewed a couple bids and ultimately chose Zuriel's Zenith Builder Company because of their respect, communications, and very comprehensive structure approach to managing our project. Everything was communicated ahead of time, answered quickly when we had concerns and we were given transparency along every step of the way. As a Graphic Designer and Creative Project Manager I had a large part in directing design and materials. I appreciated that my feedback was respected and intellectually considered for solutions. Also, our time wasn't wasted and when something wasn't right, it was addressed immediately. Not only that, Zuriel and his team made every effort to make our dream home come true. The quality of the construction and installations were high end but we felt the cost was fair. We weren't trying to cut corners and wanted it done right. We rarely had any issues or worries and if we did Zuriel was on the phone to reassure us. The best thing you can do is show up and be as involved as possible. In our case, we couldn't always be around but if our Project Manager wasn't sure or had a better option, he always ran it by us. I believe using a General Manager Builder like Zuriel and Zenith brings so much value to a full remodel like ours. And again, as a professional myself, it was clear from the start they were going to be a high end professional fit for our family who would respect our point of view. We felt really listened to. I had a project for completely renovating the entire house. I contacted them by an introduction from a friend who has done multiple flips as a side job. I enjoyed the entire interaction with them a lot as Zuriel is a very easy-to-talk-to person and able to clearly explain details regarding the whole construction process. Moreover, their proposal document was very thorough and meticulous such that I could clearly see the whole picture. Although I ended up not working with them with due to the budgetary reason -- it's mainly because they use high-end materials and full-suite service -- but I'd like to highly recommend to contact them if you have any remodel/renovation work to do for your house. Surely it's worth!

I recently remodeled my house and had a terrible experience with my first contractor. They didn’t finish the job so I had to find someone else. Luckily I found Zenith builder! Zuriel and Vincent were great to deal with. They were always very quick to answer all my questions. Pricing was great and workmanship was excellent. Even after the job was completed they still reached out to check how things were! I’ll be using them for any other future projects I’ll be doing.

When our contractor disappeared for over a week, we reached out to Zenith for help. They were extremely fast to respond, knowledgeable and local. I hired Zenith Builder for foundation and framing my 7000 sqft house. Zuriel and his crew was great. They are friendly and responsive. I worked with Zach during the framing process and he was knowledgeable and helpful for any issues and concerns that came up.

We hired Zuriel and team for an extensive remodel of our house. This included the addition of a master bedroom + bath in the back and an addition of 200sq ft to the front living room. This involved digging foundations, building the frame, drywalls, windows, complete job. Also opened up the living room kitchen with total remodel of the kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. In particular, we love the new bathroom that they built, the tile work and finishing is second to none. Zuriel and Joey (foreman) completed the job as close to on schedule and on budget as possible. They were responsive to our every request, always courteous and reliable. They took care of all touch ups etc at the end in a timely manner. I understand it is a big commitment to take on a GC, but these guys are the real deal. Extremely competitive on price relative to other quotes that we got. We have recommended Zenith to our friends who are now working with them. We hope to use them again in the future.

Zuriel of Zenith Builder responded very quickly from the moment I contacted him for a bathroom renovation. Both he and Zach, the foreman are great with communicating via texts, emails and phone calls, answered questions promptly and thoroughly. Their bookkeeping (accounting dept) is impeccable; always thorough and efficient with the invoices and receipts. Their cleaning crew did an amazing and thorough job. We are quite pleased with the new bathroom and will definitely be recommending Zenith Builder to friends and family.
